Coronavirus Service Announcement

At Otter Wax, our hearts go out to everyone affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our priorities during this difficult time are keeping our employees safe and healthy while continuing to provide you with the highest level of service.

Currently our website, shipping centers and customer service emails are open and operating as usual with no interruptions in service. Customer orders have not been affected and continue to be shipped out during regular business hours without delay. Please rest assured all shipping carriers are also operating as usual including the USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS.

To safeguard employee health we’ve increased janitorial services and implemented new procedures to ensure our workshop is as clean and safe as possible. 

We're a small company made up of real people. When you purchase our products, you are helping us keep our doors open and our employees paid. We're forever grateful to our customers for helping to support our small business. During this time of uncertainty, we literally couldn't do it without you.
