You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Please note that tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system, so if the link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24-48 hours for the system to update.
If you did not receive an email containing tracking information, please check your spam filter to make sure our emails weren't accidentally forwarded there. If you can not locate confirmation emails, please email us directly at info (@) and include your first and last name, as well as your order confirmation number.
