The fragrance is great , I applied it as I would other colognes. The sent does not last long and others don't notice it.
I really like this product but I find that after 3 hours the cologne really loses to potency for the scent. I believe a scent should be discover not announced. Though sometimes I think you really have to have someone actually smell your neck up close to even smell anything.

The solid spruce cologne truly smells like sipping on gin during a walk through a pine forest after a brief rain. It is a clean, pleasant, non-aggressive smell that makes it perfect for everyday or office wear! The price point is hard to beat as well. I plan to continue using this stuff, as well as recommend it to another outdoorsy friend.
My bf loves this wax and I surprised him for christmas. The smell is so unique and fresh.
This was a gift for my husband; the little pot contained an intense dense balm with a delicious woody fragrance. The little cloth bag it came in means no wrapping!

The scent is definitely off the beaten track....meaning, it is not mainstream. That said, the scent turns heads both with its aroma and its refreshing uniqueness.

Spruce Cologne Solid
It’s simple, really. I’ve recently made an effort to go away from non-natural bodycare, so a natural cologne was part of that. It smells like spruce, easy to apply, and since it’s hard wax you’ll find that your 30$ goes a distance.
This is an apply in the morning and afternoon type thing as the scent fades after it gets absorbed or rubbed off. Standard colognes the smell actually stays all day, your nose just can’t smell it after a period. This stuff has a shorter lifespan. I haven’t tried oils or any other type of wax cologne. Heard oils need application more frequently, I’m content and would/will buy again.
