We've created this wholesale shop to make your purchase as quick and easy as possible by eliminating much of the back-and-forth that typically takes place with wholesale orders. PLACING AN ORDER
You can use this shop exactly the same as you would most other online shops, the only difference being that you'll notice we have required product and cart minimums. The default product quantities you'll see on a product page represent our standard case sizes, but you are also able to select half cases and single samples.
The fastest and easiest way to place an order is to complete checkout directly on our online store using one of our provided payment options. We recognize that not all retailers are able to pay for their orders using a credit or debit card. For customers that would like to pay for their order by wire or bank transfer, please use the link below to download our bank transfer instructions.
ORDER MINIMUMS
All wholesale purchases must meet the required minimum product total of USD $250. This minimum total may be met using any combination of Full Cases, Half Cases, and Single Samples. Please note that our system is configured such that users will not be able to proceed past the Cart Page until the minimum product total has been met.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
This wholesale portal allows us to manage our production schedule by keeping track of our current inventory levels. If an item is out of stock, it will show as unavailable on the product page. While this is extremely rare, please know that we are working as hard as possible to get an item back in stock as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once all items that you plan to order have been added to your cart you will be able to accurately calculate shipping by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand side of your screen. Use the shipping caluculator on the cart page in order to find out your rate. Rates are calculated using the weights and dimensions of the items in your cart and all shipping charges are based on at-cost rates calculated by our shipping providers.
Shipping options include multiple rates for shipping services provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL (Overseas Shipments Only). We also offer the ability to bill shipping charges to your existing UPS or FedEx account number. If you choose to have us bill your existing UPS or FedEx account, please send an email to wholesale@otterwax.com with your account number and corresponding zip code once your order has been placed. Wholesale orders are already heavily discounted from our retail prices, so we are unable to offer free shipping on wholesale purchases.
If you are nearby our workshop in Portland, Oregon you also have the option to select Will Call / Pickup as your delivery option. If you select this option, please send an email to wholesale@otterwax.com for directions and to arrange a window of time to pickup your order.
COUPON CODES & DISCOUNTS
We kindly request that wholesale customers refrain from using any discount codes during the checkout process. Wholesale orders received indicating that a coupon code has been used in order to obtain a further discount on wholesale pricing will promptly be cancelled and refunded and access to the wholesale portal will be revoked.
RETAIL PRICING & RESALE POLICY
Wholesale stockists may sell Otter Wax products in their physical store(s) and on the store website. Reselling Otter Wax products on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc. is strictly prohibited and access to wholesale pricing will be revoked immediately if found to be in violation. Wholesale stockists may sell Otter Wax products in their physical store at whatever price they choose, however full retail pricing (MSRP) must be maintained when selling on websites. Site-wide discounts are allowed, however any discounts, markdowns, or coupon codes specifically pertaining to Otter Wax and Charasu products are strictly prohibited.
