Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with an Otter Wax Gift Certificate. All gift card codes are delivered via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for e-delivery.
Physical gift cards are available upon request. Due to security and privacy concerns, these physical gift cards are mailed to you without the gift card code. There is a blank area on the card intended for you to write the code you received via email.
• Gift card codes are fully electronic and delivered via email.
• Allow 1-2 business days for your payment to clear and for our system to email you with a link to your gift card code. This email is different than the order confirmation you receive immediately upon placing your order.
• Physical gift cards are available upon request. After you have completed your gift card purchase, send an email to giftcards@otterwax.com. Please include your order number and the mailing address where you would like us to send the physical gift card.
• Physical gift cards are mailed via USPS First Class and only within the United States.
• Valid only on future purchases at www.otterwax.com. gift cards can not be used to purchase Otter Wax products available at 3rd party retailers.
• Codes valid for 5 years from date of issue.
• Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
