REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please be sure to include a printed copy of either your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase with your return shipment.

Otter Wax LLC does not provide return postage. It is the responsibility of the party returning an item purchased from our website to pay for all postage costs.

We do not accept shipment confirmation or tracking numbers as proof of return. We must receive the item in the same condition that it was received in order to begin the refund process.

It is the responsibility of the party returning an item to ensure that it is returned in the same condition that it was received as we are unable to process refunds for damaged returns. If you are concerned about your return being damaged while in transit to our address, we recommend purchasing additional insurance to cover the cost of the item being returned.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Once we issue a refund to your original payment method, your financial institution may take anywhere from 10-45 days to finalize the refund. We are unable to control the amount of time it takes for refunds to be credited to your account once we have initiated the refund. Please direct any further questions, comments, or concerns to your financial institution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

We do not accept returns of perishable goods, custom products, personalized products, or personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on sale items, automatically discounted items, items purchased using a coupon or discount code, or gift cards.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU COOLING PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
