General Promotion Conditions
Combining Discounts
These promotions may combine with certain automatic discounts or order-level discounts when permitted by Shopify checkout settings. Additional discount codes or promotional offers may not be eligible for stacking.
Product Availability
All promotions are subject to product availability. Out-of-stock products may not qualify toward promotional thresholds.
Order Adjustments & Refunds
If qualifying items are canceled, refunded, or returned after purchase and the order no longer meets the minimum quantity requirement, Otter Wax reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotional discount from any refund issued.
Fraud & Abuse
Otter Wax reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to exploit the promotion in unintended ways.
Errors & Omissions
Otter Wax reserves the right to correct pricing, promotional, or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
