INSTRUCTIONS

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT CREATION

Please follow the steps below to create a customer account before submitting your wholesale application. Ensure that your account has been created and that your complete billing and shipping information has been correctly entered. Wholesale applications that are linked to a customer with incomplete information will not be consideed for acceptance to our wholesale program.

STEP 1

  • Click on the three bars to access the main menu.

STEP 2

  • Access the Account Login Page by clicking on 'Account".

STEP 3

Instead of filling out the form fields, click on 'Create New Account' to access the Create New Account Page.

STEP 4

  • Fill out all of fields of this form and ensure that the "Accept Marketing" button is selected.
  • This allows us to contact you and is required for all wholesale accounts.
  • Once all the required information has been entered click on 'Create Account'.

STEP 5

  • Your standard customer account has now been created.
  • Wholesale applicants are required to enter complete billing and shipping information to be considered for acceptance to our wholesale program.
  • In order to access your saved addresses you will first need to log into your new account by once again clicking on 'Account'.

STEP 6

  • Enter your information and click 'Login'.

STEP 7

  • From your main account page select 'Manage' under the 'Saved Addresses' tab and click to continue.

STEP 9

  • Fill out all of the fields, including your Company Name and save to your account.
  • When you have completed the account creation process you are now able to proceed with submission of your wholesale application.

STEP 8

  • Input and save your complete Billing Address and Shipping Addresses and save.
